The VMD460 is an external, multi-channel network and system protection (NS protection) device designed to measure,
monitor, and disconnect power between the power generator and the grid should the voltage and frequency produced by
the power generating facility are beyond the threshold of acceptable electrical standards. Apart from being fully user-
configurable, the measured values leading up to the disconnection of the relays stored for review and evaluation.
